Any flying insect relates to the world of thoughts and the intellect. As a pest, the mosquito connects to patterns of thought that can be both annoying and ultimately harmful. In life, mosquitos carry diseases, and in this way they symbolize the capacity for undesirable thought patterns to cause a great deal of harm if you allow them to land and infect you with their negativity.
