Harvest

General Meaning: Reaping the financial and spiritual fruits of your hard labor.

Positive: A harvest does not appear overnight.

It is something that only comes to pass after you have worked hard and then allowed the Lord to do His part as well.

• You sow the seeds and fertilizer and it is the Lord that brings the rain.

If you work God’s way, then you can expect a great harvest.

• Although the sign of a harvest is positive proof of a great reward, it speaks again of hard work.

To reap the harvest is heavy labor, but it is enjoyable labor.

• In most cultures this is a time of celebration and joy. So a harvest represents working hard but enjoying that work that will complete the reward that the Lord has given to you! • Mark 4:29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has arrived.

• If you seek the Lord putting a sickle in your hand, then He is saying that the harvest is ready! • In ministry, a harvest is also a picture of reaching the lost for the Lord and bringing them into the Kingdom.

• John 4:35 Do you not say, There are still four months, and [then] comes harvest? behold, I say to you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already for harvest.

Negative: When weeds are in your harvest, it means that you did not work according to God’s plan or that the enemy got in somewhere to bring division.

(Matt 13:30) • If the harvest is poor or weak, this is also an indication of the attack of the enemy and a spirit of destruction.

1- To be dreaming about a harvest indicates that we are going to reap the rewards of previous carc we have taken. We can create a store for ourselves by; for instance, doing good and then achieving some kind of reward later on. We are able to work hard, and in working hard we take care of the future. So, to dream of a harvest can actually have two meanings. It can mean looking back into the past and reaping the rewards, or it can mean looking towards the future in order to use what has happened previously.

The other circumstances in the dream will indicate which interpretation needs to be used.

2- To be taking part in a harvest or perhaps a harvest festival, indicates that we are celebrating our own life energy that energy we have available to us to be used in achieving those dividends we feel are ours by right.

3- Any kind of a harvest represents fruitfulness and fertility; particularly spiritual.

Harvesting one’s farm in a dream means ease after difficulty, or seeing a fast return on one’s investment. It also could represent destruction, or it could mean receiving admonition.

The portion harvested in a dream will equal the size of destruction that will befall the area.

If one sees people harvesting a field in the middle of the marketplace or a road in a dream, it means that a calamity will befall them because of their sins. On the other hand, it also means profiting from one’s business.

If worshippers are seen harvesting inside a mosque with no outside help in a dream, it means reaping the reward of their devotion and sincerity. Throwing the harvest back into the fields means that one’s deeds are worthless.

To see oneself harvesting outside the season in a dream means devastation, war, or death. Harvesting a green crop in the dream connotes the death of a young person. Ifthe color of the harvest is white in the dream, it means death of an elderly person.

If one sees the crop being harvested before its time, or much later than its due time in the dream, it means death or a war.
