Tattoo

Getting a tattoo could indicate an important amount of dependency with respect to the image that you have tattooed. In parallel, this dream also manifests the need to do different things than usual. In every form, although you desire a change in your life, you do not know just what it is that you want to change. This dream reflects confusion. On the one hand, you yearn to live like others, but on the other, you would like to be different. According to other interpretations this dream references an emotional situation that you have noticed and you cannot forget. In the same fashion, it may concern a behavior pattern that you have fully integrated into your personality.

The dream could be of a sexual nature. “Tattoo” is a Maori word and was considered by the Maori people as a beautiful and sensual ornament. In Polynesia, many people had their entire body tattooed (except the eyes). For many cultures like this one, tattoos are a symbol of sexuality and virility.

1- On a physical level, a tattoo will stand for an aspect of individuality in the dreamer. He (or she) wishes to be seen as different.

2- A tattoo in dreams can also signify something which has left an indelible impression. This could be great hurt, but could also be a good memory. Sometimes, the image which is tattooed is worth interpreting if it can be seen clearly.

3- In spiritual terms a tattoo can suggest a group identity belonging to a tribe or cult. It will be on a more intimate level than wearing a badge.

If a person sees his hands tattooed with henna in a dream, it means that he cheats to earn his livelihood, or that he tricks others to get what he needs. Consequently, he will be exposed and his enemy will rejoice at his misfortune.

If a woman sees her hands tattooed in a dream, it means that she will trick someone to repossess her rightfully owned jewelry.

If the tattoo is made with gold in the dream, it means performing an old but a polite trick.

If the tattoo is done with mud in the dream, it means praising God Almighty.

If a woman sees the lines of her tattoo mixing together, or as though the dye has started to run in the dream, it means difficulties with her children. Ifa man sees his feet dyed and tattooed in a dream, it means that he will be tried with family problems.

If a woman sees her feet dyed and tattooed in a dream, it means that she will suffer from an abusive husband.
