Vision: Getting a pinprick: becoming involved in a very unpleasant situation; nothing will go as planned. You need to be especially careful in the company of women. Seeing a pin: someone is “needling” you. Pinning something together: a new relationship won’t last—your hopes will be dashed.

Depth Psychology: Getting a pinprick: you were forced to act by outside factors, or someone has hurt you.
A pin warns you against “prickly” people. All you can do is walk away and get a “thicker skin.”
