Opening something (such as a door or box) can represent: Curiosity.

A desire for understanding or information.

A search for something (an object, person, opportunity, etc.).

Beginning something, or a desire to do so.

Clarity, or openness to the truth.

Honesty with yourself.

Receiving something tangible or intangible, or a desire to receive.

A matter regarding personal boundaries or personal space (such as feeling “open” or “closed,” or too much one way or the other).

An opening that serves as a point of access (such as an entrance) can represent a perceived opportunity or vulnerability.

The act of opening something symbolizes the arrival of a new influence in your lives. Perhaps, you will feel very inspired or have new ideas. Depending on the context, it may symbolize an open door that offers the possibility of entering, leaving, or changing a given situation. It could express: leaving confinement, entering into a desired situation, or leaving behind pleasant things and people. In this sense, it is also good to ask yourself if you are truly influenced by the spiritual or, if you always opt for the easy way out.

If it is a door opening, it tells you your enemies will slander you.
