General Meaning: Your belly button is proof of your heritage and it is also a place of weakness.

• Out of the entire belly this is a vulnerable spot and it points to the middle of you.

It is a representation of who you are and where you come from.

• Positive: It speaks of the things that you feel most vulnerable about. In this lovely verse Solomon speaks of the navel of the one he loves.

• In it he is revealing the intimacy they have and also her vulnerability.

• Song of Solomon 7:2 Your navel [is like] a round goblet, [which] lacks no liquor: your belly [is like] a heap of wheat set about with lilies.

Negative: If you dream that your naval or belly button is dirty or damaged in some way, it means that you are struggling with being vulnerable.

• It is also an indication of defilement and is very likely referring to a generational curse that the Lord is trying to expose in your life.

1- To be conscious of the navel, whether our own or another’s, is to be aware of the wav in which we connect our inner-self with the rest of the outside world.

It is the way in which the baby in the womb first becomes aware of its physicality. In dreams we often need to be aware of our bodily image, which will help indicate the way we sec ourselves, which in turn enables us to work out the way wc lit in to the everyday world.

2- The navel in a dream can signify our dependency on others, particularly our mother.

The navel is our emotional centre, and also, as adults, initially the scat of our power. Often in nightmares we become conscious of something, perhaps a Devil sitting on our navel, and this can be a personification of our own fears.

3- The navel or solar plexus Is spiritually the point of connection between the spiritual and the physical.

(Umbilicus) In a dream, one’s navel represents his mother, his father, or it could mean his earnings, wife, servant or a coffer.

If one’s navel looks abnormal in a dream, it means that something bad may happen to his family. This also may affect any of the above members of his family or property. Ifa sick person sees his navel swollen in a dream, it means his death.

To open one’s navel by hand in a dream means opening one’s coffer to get some spending money. One’s navel in a dream also means happiness, and could represent the wife’s lover, a beloved, or one’s will. Thus, if one’s navel looks beautiful in the dream, its beauty will show in his life; but if it looks ugly, it means that he may live a wretched life.

A navel in a dream also represents one’s homeland. Any pain one suffers from his navel in a dream represents the adverse conditions of his family or country.

If an immigrant suffers from any affliction to his navel in a dream, it means that he will return to his homeland.
