HALTER

1- The halter shares the symbolism of bonds, since under normal circumstances it often controls the head. We arc dreaming about reigning back on the intellect, instead of allowing the creative energy to flow freely. We are not allowing ourselves the freedom to create to the best of our ability. It usually represents restriction of one form or another, although interestingly enough it may indicate acceptable restriction.

2- When wc are moving into new areas of growth we sometimes need to be shown the way, and the halter is a symbol of this leading forward into new creativity. We are, as it were, being taken by the head and shown what we need to see.

3- We may be also experiencing some spiritual restraint.

If so, we should take time to look at what we want most spiritually.

If somebody is taking a halter away from you: somebody is going to haggle with you.

Depth Psychology: A halter could represent self-discipline and suggest that you keep greediness and urges or feelings and emotions under control (as when the halter is very tight).
