Exorcism

A wish to escape something that’s scary, or that feels out of control or unpredictable.

A desire to escape the effects of someone else on you (such as their opinions, judgments, beliefs, etc.).

A desire to escape your own feelings, beliefs, judgments, or another aspect of yourself.

A desire for spiritual or other assistance.

An effort to get rid of something the person conducting the exorcism is afraid of or judges in real life.

To dream that you or others are being exorcised of evil spirits, often symbolizes the dreamer’s initiative to regain control and take steps toward the direction of your goals. However, this dream could also mean that you are not taking responsibility for your own actions.

To dream that you or others are being exorcised indicates your attempts to take back power within your life. Also, you may need to accept responsibility for the things you have done rather than seeking to assign blame.
