Dryer

A dryer removes the moisture from clothes that have already been cleaned. In this way, there is an element to this symbol that relates to the evaporation of previously powerful emotional experiences. Those experiences may in fact have made you feel dirty or unclean, so the symbol of the dryer has within it the implication that something has recently been cleaned or cleansed.

Finishing a cycle or completing something before you begin anew.

Lightness or taking the “weight” out of a situation (as a dryer removes the water weight from clothing), like using humor in a tense situation.
